they issued me a trailer that needed repair. the door seal did not prevent rain water from entering the trailer and many of my books were damaged by water.

GUSTAVO PThe fact that we made a reservation two weeks prior at a different location and then the day before we needed the truck we had to change equipment AND pickup location was a big hassle. Then the day that I was picking the truck up I received another phone call that I now had to go to yet another location to get the vehicle. It was ridiculous.
