I would not recommend Uhaul after this experience. Someone needs to be trained to help customers.

We have 2 Rincon food markets just 2 miles apart and the 1st one we went to did not take uhauls and other no one there when dropping off so did not see anyone. The app was slow.
Matthew LThey weren't equipped to take a trailer but somehow uhaul corporate decided this is where we should drop off the trailer, thankfully the staff here were able to assist but uhaul needs to step it up
BRETT EVery small gas station that also has uhauls. The Uhaul sign is tiny and difficult to see. Clerk was alone so he couldn't inspect the truck upon return. I had to trust the process. Via email notification, the truck was inspected and checked in. No surprises on the receipt. I was charged exactly what I was quoted.
