Please make sure that the trucks are clean from the previous customer. Whomever drove the truck last spilled their drink on the cup holder and floor. But overall it was a smooth transaction

Nobody was at the original reserved location.
TIMOTHY DWe reserved a utility hand cart but this location did not have any. The truck felt like the transmission was about to go out and it felt very jerky when it shifted gears. Last time we rent with uhaul, because the quality of trucks is so poor. Also would be better if when you tried to rent accessories like a hand cart if that location doesn’t have them it would indicate that at the time of reservation so you not left to now go find one!
