U-Haul screwed up my reservation that was made a week in advance. I had to call them twice when they tried changing my pick up location to suit them. Wanting to add 30 more miles to my bill. The day of pick up my truck was not reserved at the confirmed pick up location even with me having an email confirmation number. Folks do not need this additional stress when moving. U-haul scheduling and reservation sux.

Rundown gas station, agent didn't check the equipment when I unloaded.no paperwork, no confirmation the trailer was dropped off for my records.
MICHAEL Kthe only suggestion i have is, for trailers this size, it would great to have a jacking wheel on the trailer. i know those are available on car trailers, but the 6 x 12 enclosed is a lot for one person to move around.
