Have all offered equipment on site. I ordered from one site, was sent to this location because other location didn't have rental available on site, then this location didn't have dolly ordered so had to return to first location and was not discounted on mileage to do so.Christopher C.
Clean the vehicle . Fix major issues like a door that is off hinge or transmission that slips out of drive . If vehicle is in disrepair take it out of fleetRANDALL K.
Have the information about the site correct on the website. It says the store is open 24 hours and I was expecting to pickup at midnight. Got to the store and it was closed. Was disappointed I did not get informed of this by Uhaul or especially the employees of the store since I had made the reservation a week on advance.Jenifer H.

If you speak to a person don't confuse them with a text saying book on line making them believe what they reserved was not available. This confused me for 2 days. When I walked in and said "I'm here to return a truck" the guy just took the keys, walked outside, inspected the truck and finally said "it's ok" and walked back into his convenience store. There was no greeting, no thank you, no interaction at all.Arthur T.
Special thanks to Billy Alford at 21Rental Center, Rincon, Georgia for having packing pads. Our rental location had only one dozen pad when we had contracted for four dozen. The location is a gas station that seems to be under construction. The person working there had trouble communicating clearly. After a while I figured out that he was telling me the cat dolly I reserved did not have the pigtail for the lights on it. I asked about the other two car dollies in the lot and he advised that they were all missing the pigtail for the lights. I asked him what I should do and he said he didn't know. I asked if there was another location nearby that was open and he sent me to a rental store a couple miles down the road that was closed. I ended up going and buying a pigtail for the lights and going back to the store to get the car dolly I had reserved. It was frustrating to have to waste that much time and money because the equipment I reserved was not in rentable condition and the person at the store did not seem to be able to resolve it.Nicholas S.
