Have the information about the site correct on the website. It says the store is open 24 hours and I was expecting to pickup at midnight. Got to the store and it was closed. Get your people trained. Get them to verify RETURN Locations so that the return can be executed painlessly. Have the contracts due dates and times reflect the RIGHT information. Pay people if gas on return is over what it should be.Yves P.

If you speak to a person don't confuse them with a text saying book on line making them believe what they reserved was not available. This confused me for 2 days. You lack communication between central and your sponsors I guess I would call them. Will say once I got the truck I wanted the gentleman was very nice. You lack communication!!!Sarah F.

Special thanks to Billy Alford at 21Rental Center, Rincon, Georgia for having packing pads. Our rental location had only one dozen pad when we had contracted for four dozen. The location is a gas station that seems to be under construction. The person working there had trouble communicating clearly. After a while I figured out that he was telling me the cat dolly I reserved did not have the pigtail for the lights on it. I asked about the other two car dollies in the lot and he advised that they were all missing the pigtail for the lights. I asked him what I should do and he said he didn't know. I asked if there was another location nearby that was open and he sent me to a rental store a couple miles down the road that was closed. I ended up going and buying a pigtail for the lights and going back to the store to get the car dolly I had reserved. It was frustrating to have to waste that much time and money because the equipment I reserved was not in rentable condition and the person at the store did not seem to be able to resolve it.Nicholas S.

Trailer was filthy. Attendant had to be asked to hook up trailer. Trailer was stuck on another trailer, I had to jack up one trailer in order to separate the trailers. Upon return, the attendant did not even come out to unhitch trailer from my truck.DAVID R.
I picked up a truck of yours to help move my military daughter and within a 6 hour period and the bill was for over $370. 00 of which my debt card had only $200.00 I am a senior who served in the US Army who has never made that amount of money within 6 hours. I was not able to view my contract or was never made aware of the ridiculous amount that I was facing. I knew from experience that it would be more than the $29.95 but $370.00 never cross my mind. If there is any way to recover or to reduce that amount please do it to help our military who put their life on the line daily. I made an attempt to use a credit card which would have ease the payment to monthly but it was an apple card without the numbers so I had to use my debit card of which my bank will charge me for over drafting!Luther H.

TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED IN MY EXPERIENCE. Had truck reservations and received messages saying no truck available, was sent to another location 25 minutes away and was there a hour and with Mary and she couldn't not process or run cc because the uhaul system was down. I left my cc information and told her I'll come this evening to pickup truck, leave key in the back. But get a call a hour later saying my reservations disappeared from the screen. NOT HAPPY AT ALL! And top of all of that was sent to Ricon, Ga 40 minutes drive there and 40 minutes back to my location for a truck. Truly disappointed. LisaLisa Deon B.

Have an accurate knowledge of gas in vehicle prior to renting truck out and when customer service tells the renter (who by the way is me) to expect a call back from"someone" related to my complaint then I should, and up to today it hasn't occurred. So I guess U-haul can expect another call from me when I can spare some time. Apparently U-haul haven't found time for this customer either.briany H.

After trying to pick up my rental via no contact through the mobile app I could not set up a code and password to complete the setup of the app which prevented me from checking in to pick up my U-Haul from the storage one in Springfield Georgia after talking to the attendant on duty and would not get any type of help the agent on the phone change my reservation to the new location in Rincon where I was able to get a larger unit for the same price she did say she was going to send me a $25 off for the inconvenience but I never received the code in my email so I did pay full price after but I definitely would not use the first place where my reservation was made in Springfield againLatasha E.

Horrible customer service at this location, reserved truck for 7am but occupant at location didn't arrive until 830am and there was no mobile service at this location, as there was no drop box or pickup box for after hours. Absolutely terrible customer service and my opinion will hurt the business of uhaul if they continue to service individuals.nathan B.

Agent had no idea what he was doing. Just a gas station attendant. Literally called U Haul and had them walk him through step by step. Both him and his coworker smelled like weed and made light of/seemed to enjoy the fact that they were wasting my time. Took over an hour to get my truck and trailer. No help getting the trailer attached to the trailer (Budget even does this for you, has newer, cleaner trucks, way better customer service, and half the price). Place had a strong marajuna smell and limited parking. They asked several times if I was sure I had the right return location. I finally had to get my email open and show him the rental agreement. He finally said ok then asked why I was returning it early. I told him we finished early but he wasn't happy taking it back early... not sure why.John L.
The pickup was very bad .the app to pick up the truck was not user friendly. it took two hours to get the truck, the person who runs that pickup location was late had overslept an hour. I had reserved a 10 foot truck, and it wasn't there. On the positive side, they rented me a 15 footer at the 10 foot price. They just seemed disorganized. When I rented from a business(can't remember their name) all the paperwork was ready when I got there, the guys were super, and it was flawless. This is a gas station, that typically has one person working the cash register and although he allowed me to drop off truck, it was not processed in until almost 24 hours later, and this only happened because I called the pickup location to inquire. My suggestion is- locations that are not primarily a uhaul business, should have dedicated associates to handle the uhaul transactions (rentals and check-ins). Customers should not have to leave a location and worry whether or not their returned unit will be checked in or not.Clarissa J.
