The person was patient and kind. The issue / delay that we had on pick up day was a Uhaul issue. No reflection on the store that we picked up from in Rincon.

Vehicle was very unsafe, bald front tires, brakes not working properly, the check engine light was on and the transmission kept malfunctioning.
Joshua MI questioned him about damage to a tire. He told me to take it anyway. It blew out 25 miles down the road the next morning. Took it back to him and called the main line. I had to make other arrangements. Still waiting for he refund
MIKE BLocation does not have adequate parking for all vehicles, vehicle drove and operated but could use maintenance. Pick up location was changed night prior causing additional charges.
