Was changed to this location even though they knew I could not make it before they closed. Was standing in front of truck and GPS kept saying I was not at location. Took agent over 2 hours for me to get in the truck. I had a guaranteed truck reserved 10 minutes from my work and was told 5 minutes before I was to pick it up that they did not have it. Was charged for dolly and furniture mover that I did not ask for.
