Was not asked if I wanted the extra coverage. They just charged me for it. My local uhaul asks every time, that's why I always return to that location.

Simple proceedure, equipment was available at specified time & date. Pickup went quickly, &smoothly.
ROBERT WThe guy was nice at 1st and said how can I help you as I was waiting for my mom. I said I'm returning a truck just waiting rn. He went bk inside as I am doing the return the owner stood behind me the entire photo process, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I even verbally asked him to stop and said why. He ignored me. When I went to put the key in the box like the app said he said give it to me. I just wanted to put it in the box and go home. Not deal with a weird guy that I wasn't supposed to actually interact with.
JESSICA DI was not able to park inside the parking lot. I had to park adjacent to two other trucks. The building was abandoned with 15 cats living inside. It was not what you would expect from UHaul.
