Charge for equipment i didn't order or use, then told it would be 3 days before I would hear back from someone. App didn't work and we spent 45 minutes with representative. Very disappointed and poor customer service. My money was taken immediately, but no immediate resolution.
STEPHEN GThe web app did not work well. I needed to add my license 3 times before it updated. Then it still was incorrect at the pick up location.
