My reservation starts at 9:00am but the store doesn’t open until 9:30am The van is very old and in a bad shape that has no value in the market Agent didn’t bother to go through the check list of vehicles status neither bother to check it when return Charged me gas although I already filled it with gas that I used I wouldn’t recommend renting from this location
Othman AThe only complaint I have is that the U-Haul App didn't work. I had to get someone on the phone or Chat online to get the keys and to return the keys.
