I had an issue with the billing on my rental. When I returned the truck, the employee told me everything was fine and the return was completed properly. Later I noticed charges that did not match what I was told at the location. The lack of clear communication and the billing discrepancy has been very frustrating. I would appreciate better transparency and accuracy so customers are not left trying to resolve unexpected charges after the fact.

AUSTIN SFar as I can tell, this is the best location
Charles DWe didn’t even pick up the moving blankets I’d reserved because they were infested with rats. The truck I’d reserved had a “check engine” light on, so we had to get a different truck (which had no air conditioning and the shocks were shot). The bright side was that they upgraded us to a larger truck, but then they entered all the information incorrectly which led to an extremely challenging return experience.
