The truck wasn't cleaned up from the previous people who had it, I found a whole wallet under the seat that's how I know no one looked or cleaned it after. I was charged $13 for gas on my final bill after I just went and put $12 in it before dropping it off. I did not go thru $25 worth of gas. I did not think to take a pic of the gas gauge as I've never been charged for gas after I dropped a Uhaul off. I've used Uhaul 2 other times in the last 3 months. All my issues are with this location.

agent was very efficient, kind & accommodating. this truck has apparently been the recipient of someone's stomach contents, deposited along one side wall. otherwise it was in good shape.
shannon kI had an issue with the billing on my rental. When I returned the truck, the employee told me everything was fine and the return was completed properly. Later I noticed charges that did not match what I was told at the location. The lack of clear communication and the billing discrepancy has been very frustrating. I would appreciate better transparency and accuracy so customers are not left trying to resolve unexpected charges after the fact.
