Their computer was so dirty they couldn’t see the keys. They weren’t able to upload licenses of the driver and the guy said he didn’t care just take the truck and go which was parked in a field

Was just thrown the key and told I was all good to go before prior inspections and verification of equipment. Did not follow any of the normal procedures for handing over equipment. I could have been a random person off the street saying I was there to pick up the UHaul and could have taken the truck. I would not trust my UHaul equipment at this establishment. They sent me my inspection link hours after I already had the truck.
