Hard to find and small space. Agent was very nice an helpful.
Larry BThe left rear tire kept showing a low pressure signal on the dash. I stopped several times to add air. It never took much air to get to 80 lbs. 20 minutes later it would signal low pressure and then go out. It’s either a very slow leak or perhaps a faulty sensor.
Ryan HBack of truck was filthy. Looks like someone slept inside the back of the truck and left a lot of garbage in it. Gas tank was almost empty when I picked it up and then I got charged for not filling it more when I dropped it off.
Jacob ZThe pickup and drop-off process is very flaky. It took 10 tries to get the app to accept my pickup. Then it tried to charge me for an extra day because the drop-off was never finalized. There was also a two-pack of cigars in the truck cup holder one used. The only saving grace was the area manager adjusting the time and refunding me what I was owed.
