The employees were friendly and professional however, when we picked up our U-Haul after hours, there was a homeless man in the front passenger seat who I assume had been sleeping there. We asked him to leave the truck and he packed up his belongings and immediately entered another U-Haul and closed the door. The stench left behind after his exit was terrible on top of it being an alarming and very awkward moment. Trucks should be locked up each night at closing to prevent this from happening
