Gas tank on pickup did not match the form. I didn't realize until after we left because my wife had the form. Renter didn't even walk out with me to inspect the vehicle. Obviously didn't care. Popcorn and cheezits on floorboard. Empty water bottle under the seat.

I felt very uncomfortable with all the MAGA and religious paraphernalia. It was everywhere and taped to the desk that I had to sit during check-in. They didn't explain anything they were doing. The truck's transmission felt like it was on its last leg, so I was thankful I only had to go a few miles total. When I returned the truck, I left the pads folded in the back of the truck because that is always what I have done and been asked to do. They asked where the pads were, and I stated they were in the back of the truck. The man rudely stated that I needed to get them out and bring them inside. I did so, but when I brought them in, I had to ask where to put them because he ignored me walking in and didn't even say "thank you." I will never use this location again.

Steven JInitially requested a 10' truck for a one way haul. Later received that it was a 15' truck without an explanation and had to go to another location for pickup. Went to the initial location for an explanation who explained they did not have a 10' truck for a one-way trip. Don't know why on the reason wasn't properly explained.
