Did latch hitch on trailer to truck properly. Fell while leaving parking lot. Employee should have checked his work prior to customer leaving.

Frederick at Henderson’s was very professional and helpful. I did have to drive almost an hour away to pick up this trailer since there were none to be found in the College Station, TX area. Maybe stock more trailers there?

Kevin LI showed up to pick up the truck and autotransport 2 hours early. Diana at Shawnee UHaul fixed me right up. When I turned it in at Coop's tire. My pit crew showed up and helped me unload and check everything in. Once again, UHaul and it's dealers are great, friendly service and excellent equipment.
Phillip GI dropped of a 26' and auto transport. As soon as I was on the lot. 2 guys came out and got my car ready to take off the trailer. I backed off the trailer and before I could walk 30 feet to the truck. They had me checked in and I was on my way.
