The gentleman that helped us was very nice. There were delays from online request responses that slowed process though….. believe this was due to busy time and limited responsiveness on website…. But he made sure all was filled in properly …. Including capturing my id

SUSAN BThe truck was great. It was the fact that I paid for moving blankets and when we went to use them there were four that were frozen from being wet from the day before I’m guessing. So much for renting extra equipment and not being able to use what you rent.
MICHAEL JIt was good. The online process with the photos is a little clunky, but not too bad.
