They were very helpful. And when I returned it 10 mins before closing they where right there very friendly helping us deal with our return.

My reservation wasnt made correctly, I was going to Columbia Tennessee reservation was set to drop at Rockford MI location. I went to drop at the Columbia Inn Uhaul dealer, and was blamed for dropping at the wrong location. I was charged 446.00 for a 5x8 trailer this is double of what I paid earlier this year for a 6 x 12 tandem. I feel the Columbia TN dealer basically robbed me, I won't be using Uhaul again.
Brent EThe equipment was pretty clean, and maintained. However, the vehicle has over 182 thousand miles and is showing the signs of wear and tear. U-Haul needs to retire the vehicle.

Kelly PThis review has nothing to do with the location.Where I picked up the unit. The overall experience with renting A U hall. It is fairly cumbersome when done via the app. I'm not illiterate when it comes to using the phone to do these things. The volume of steps required to complete this process was very involved. Pictures had to be taken of everything from my driver's license to the fuel and mileage in the truck. It was very difficult to opt out of the insurance that uhaul provides for a fifteen dollar charge.So I gave up and just paid it. I drove the vehicle less than fifty miles and was charged for eighty one miles. I didn't even use one eighth of a tank of fuel. By the time I finished my trip and turned in the truck.The twenty dollar advertised rental cost me one hundred and forty dollars. I called to dispute the mileage charge and was expecting a call back. I've finally received a call back ten minutes after allotted time for the callback, and was immediately put on hold for ten minutes. Once I did speak to a rep, she was very nice and helpful and told me it would take at least 72 hours for determination to be made. If I would receive any refund on the overages. Again, for someone with experience in doing this process, it would be a little easier. But for a novice, or someone needing more help, this is very difficult to achieve. And the difference in pricing from the advertised cost of the truck to my final bill.Seems a little bit like a bait and switch.
Rick HOnly thing I didn't like about this place was the layout of the business itself parking lot was way too far away from the building.
richard mHonestly, the whole process was really easy. From reserving the trailer online, pickup, and drop-off, everything was smooth and quick. I can't think of a way to improve my experience.

Robert RIt took a really long time to be helped at the location. The light cord was damaged and had to be replaced, adding more time to the process. The trailer had a huge gap in the hitch. It caused the trailer to shake and jump severely, and damage items inside. I do hope I will be reimbursed for the scratches and problems caused to the items inside the trailer.

RICHARD KTruck had an alignment issue and zero acceleration. With 178K miles, nearing the end of its service life. It handled ok on backroads but not confident it would survive the highway. All told, able to accomplish it hat I needed but the truck was a POS.

SUSAN BThe truck was great. It was the fact that I paid for moving blankets and when we went to use them there were four that were frozen from being wet from the day before I’m guessing. So much for renting extra equipment and not being able to use what you rent.

QUAZAY CLocation was fine however mobile checkin was not user-friendly and slow. Took 25 minutes to complete the mobile check-in. Truck was clean on inside but exterior and windshield was cover in dead bugs. Blankets that were provided were old dirty and smelled.
Matcus DThe lock was almost impossible to get off of the lockbox. The blankets requested were not included. The app kept freezing and would not allow me to upload the requested videos and other information.

Sandra TEverything was fine with the location and the staff. I did have problem with the U-Haul app uploading pictures of the trailer. Kept receiving error messages. Don’t think I was ever successful in uploading pictures. I was trying to do this during a nasty snow squall. Would have been nice just to take pictures and upload from memory in the comfort of my vehicle.
Thomas K8640 is not clearly marked on Apple map (too far in the north according to the map) and the truck parking spot is 50 yards away from the key drop box.

Carolyn AThe truck needed a front end alignment, I rented it on a windy day and it pulled hard to the left making it difficult to handle on the highway loaded and heavy. I drove 51 miles and was charged at 1.19 per mile.for 80 miles. This was an overcharge. When I picked u0 the truck it was on 1/4 of a tank of gas and had 41 miles til E, that was inconvenient to have to fuel up right away. Although this location is close to my home I will not use it in the future because of over charging and poor maintenance. The 15 foot truck I reserved was not available so I had to rent the 20 foot which I did not need and cost me more money in fuel. If this is the new way uhaul conduc5s business I will look elsewhere for rentals.
