It took a really long time to be helped at the location. The light cord was damaged and had to be replaced, adding more time to the process. The trailer had a huge gap in the hitch. It caused the trailer to shake and jump severely, and damage items inside. I do hope I will be reimbursed for the scratches and problems caused to the items inside the trailer.
