GABRIEL LThe online pickup and return process is very complicated and time consuming. I can fully understand the business and legal requirements involved. However I suspect most users are very infrequent and so the experience is frustrating and baffling at times. The contrast to the in person experience is stark. I will hope that some creative innovators in your company can create a dramatic improvement.
