This comment has nothing to do with the pickup or drop off locations. There is an issue with the trucks steering…there is way too much play in the wheel. Other than that the truck did well.

ELLEREY JI had no issues with pickup or dropoff locations. Two issues that I would suggest to greatly improve your service; install cruise control and and back up cameras. Also some one should assess the type of brakes installed, I never had to brake hard during my trip but I am not sure I could stop in any difficult situation.
STEVEN MYour new AI phone system is flawed, please go back to human contact. AI was unable to locate my reservation number or phone number, not really sure of the purpose of having it. People who work there have always been great!
