I will NEVER rent from Uhaul again. I drove the truck less than 1 mile over estimated mileage, and was maybe 2 or 3 gallons under fuel level at turn in. My credit card was dinged for nearly $40 extra. This is EXCESSIVE to say the least! Never again!

Poorly staffed, not sure what I was doing there.
roger PNobody at the drop off location had any idea on what the process for dropping off my truck was. The cell phone service was non existent so I couldn't use the Uhaul app to check in either.
Scott CLate drop off was hindered by darkness. Greeted warmly and professionally. No issues at all.
