I got charged an additional $98 fee for "missing/damaged equipment" there was no missing or damaged equipment. I selected "no" to a car trailer online, so I left it at the pick up area and left a voice mail that it would be left at the pickup location next to the key box. They also left out the furniture pads that I paid for. No one would awnser the phone and now I'm getting charged for furniture pads that I didnt recive and a trailer that I told them I did not need.
