Where I picked it up was great but then it went downhill. They knew I was picking up with a different vehicle than what I was going to take it to Kentucky with. The problem became when I followed their instructions to call and go through the process of changing vehicle and driver. Whoever helped me by texting didn’t know anything. I finally got a call into someone who did help some but even he did not totally understand the situation. Finally, we just had to drive and not worry about all of the paperwork that would keep us correct with U-Haul.
Ron GRight at the end when I took the truck back 30 minutes before time with the correct gas amount. Nearly 30 dollars was taken out of my account. The time was 45 minutes later. There was no one there when we took the truck back.
