Not the fault of the pick up location. I was called by U-Haul and told that the trailer I wanted would be at that location. When I got there after a 4+ hour drive I was forced into taking a box trailer. I had to disassemble what I needed to load to get it in the trailer. Cause a huge time delay in getting back on the road. This should never happen. I did not have time to locate the open trailer that I needed. And I had to go buy ramps because I didn’t get the open ramp trailer I requested.

Truck did not have my dolly as requested
James TThe lady checking me out seemed unsure of how to do so. I asked if it would be better for me to do self check in and she said yes please, but she continued to work on it while I did. She did get it working. I do know as a former uhaul neighborhood location the system can lag and that is not her fault. I believe that is what happened as she completed the check in while I shopped for a drink. She was very nice
ROBYN HNo one knew what was going on. I spoke to the store manager and he said someone would be available to help hook the car hauler to the truck. The lady running the store had no clue. I hooked it up myself. The rear chain on the hauler was defective and I pointed it out to her. Clueless. I would like a discount for having to deal with clueless people.
Charles KWe had a blow out which crest hardship for us and to top it off, I was approved for an hour and a half extra to get the trailer back however they still charged me although it was their fault they rented a faulty equipment
