Actually, the experience of renting and returning was painless and the staff at this location was more than patient and supportive as well as helpful. I will most certainly in the future use this location again
SCOTT NI booked a uhaul for $19.95 and the fees listed totaled $35 and change. When I got to the location to pick up the truck another $63 was required to take the truck. Being more upfront with fees so people aren't scrambling to make up the difference while facing a move would be helpful.
