Trailer was ordered/reserved 1 month ahead of time. Was told by Eric L(manager?) that it would be on site in hometown for pickup. The day b4 pickup, we were notified we would have to drive 60 miles to different location to get it(“take it or leave itâ€). Bull****

Ben was nice and helpful, but both floors (cabin and storage compartment) could have been cleaner. It doesn't take much to wash floor mats or mop storage's floor. The worst though was AC not working, which I reported to Ben immediately after I started rolling from Roselawn. Trust me, it's not fun to drive truck for almost 17 hours w/o AC with 93F outside!

we reported a headlight out, but we only used during day, so no problem with us. I did reservation on line, they had hard time finding it, and I ordered boxes on line not realizing they have to come by mail. Didn't get them for moving day. All and all a pleasant experience with Roseland Uhaul , very helpful and pleasant.
