The guy there was very nice but I felt a bit rushed because he had another customer waiting. I had to buy an adapter. (Didn’t realize I’d need one.). Then we couldn’t get the packaging open to use it. Then we had to figure out the settings in my new vehicle etc…. It’s the first time I’ve ever towed so rushing me wasn’t helpful. To be fair, the guy there should have had another person there.

How U-Haul Reviews Workmaybe an extra step to get in and out of the front doors and on the back with possibly a handle to grab lower. i am only 5'4 and i had diffculty getting in and out of the vehicle i had brought a small step ladder to help me to get in and out of the back since i didn't use the ramp that is provided with the uhaul that is where i have difficulty with handling it due to the weight of it and being by myself trying to load and unload items by myself.
