Rented a truck for 2 hours to pick up an item locally. I completed the reservation & check in process online, so all I needed was the key. The employee at the store insisted that 2 hours wasn't long enough, and proceeded to waste 10-15 mins trying to "modify" the reservation to make it 4 hours. I didn't need nor ask for it, and the employee had no idea what the reservation was intended for. This same person followed me out to the parking lot, and was again right there waiting when I pulled in 90 mins later. I had barely turned off the ignition when this person opened the back to look inside, stood there until I got out, and demanded the key. This person made me very uncomfortable, and acted like I was ignorant and untrustworthy. I will not rent from this location again.
