Door spring tension to high. Dangerous condition that could cause injury.
Robert HI called around 1:10 PM on Saturday, February 8, 2026. The girl that answered the phone told me they were closing. I told her that I was dropping the U-Haul and trailer off a day early because I was finished. She told me I had to wait till the next day February 9 th. I was 3 minutes away from the location in Rosenberg Texas. When I arrived the door was locked to the office but there was someone in there I went ahead and dropped the keys in the night drop and dropped left the trailer and the truck parked in the parking lot with the others and I called customer service U-Haul and reported her and let them know what I did I did drop the truck on February 8th at 1:20 p.m. February 9th 2026. I get an email showing that it was checked in on February 9th that is false The lazy girl did not want to check in anymore vehicles I guess or whatever terrible customer service of you all for many many years but never again Penske all the way
