Drop off was very easy and efficient. Local managed called me in advance of my return to explain procedure, provide access code for gate, parking and key-return instructions.

Jeremy AWe had to climb under a wooden fence to exit. The app was glitchy. It took 20 minutes to do the checkout.
Briena MMy reservation was from 2:15 to 8:15. I was locked out. Could not get in the gate to get my car wasn’t not giving gate code and customer service wasn’t not able to provide me with the gate code had to leave my car over night. Not sure why they give reservations for after hours, but don’t provide you with the gate code to get in on top of that he didn’t say that my car will be locked inside of the property Gate
