uhaul let me reserved a Heavy duty dolly but on pickup day, they didn't have one available. Also, I paid for a dozen blankets and only had like 2-3 in the truck. I will verify if I got charged for the dozen.

The lady at front desk was so rude and not helpful..!! Called customer service and informed the same. I want the local area manager to read this and call me back One of the worst experiences so far had with uhaul.. i used uhaual before many times but this time she was very rude and this location needs a change
