My reservation was from 2:15 to 8:15. I was locked out. Could not get in the gate to get my car wasn’t not giving gate code and customer service wasn’t not able to provide me with the gate code had to leave my car over night. Not sure why they give reservations for after hours, but don’t provide you with the gate code to get in on top of that he didn’t say that my car will be locked inside of the property Gate
Tarrerica TThe location is to where I rented the truck somehow lied scammed and embezzled money for me over $100 was charged to my account fraudulently and there is lies to in regards to the return of the truck. I am currently waiting to hear back from corporate in regards to this matter.
Corinthian Juhaul let me reserved a Heavy duty dolly but on pickup day, they didn't have one available. Also, I paid for a dozen blankets and only had like 2-3 in the truck. I will verify if I got charged for the dozen.

I want the local area manager to read this and call me back One of the worst experiences so far had with uhaul.. i used uhaual before many times but this time she was very rude and this location needs a change
