How U-Haul Reviews WorkGreat location. Friendly and efficient service. Easy access in and out with parking.
MELISSA BThe vehicle was clean, and everything was convenient
Christina RIn the future, please inform the customer that the site has NO physical person to facilitate the renting process. Myself, I did well and it was seamless. It would have been another story if my girlfriend tried the same process. Please allow the customer to decide their intentions and preference of the service they want. I drove by the lot on Sunrise Ave in Roseville CA and there was 4 of the same trucks sitting on the lot. Don't understand the process of selecting a smoke shop with lock boxes and no service available except your Cell phone 100 yards from an actual U-Haul site. Thanks
Bryan CHave an app that works, Don’t charge someone for the rental time when it takes 45 minutes to check out. Will never rent from U-Haul again
