I can’t think of anything that could have been done better. I had a very good experience with the staff, specifically Sierra who was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough reviewing the contract with me. I will use Trojan Storage for my future U-Haul needs.

KENNETH WI am very upset. I use your facility and Buxbear for ALL of my rentals for my real estate. If you look up my account, you will see how much I have used you over the years. The 15 foot truck I used on Saturday was great on the way down to Elk Grove in 102 degree weather. On the way back, the air DID NOT WORK. I was dripping wet when I got back to Roseville. Today, you're less than empathetic agent tried to tell me that the AC worked fine. That is a joke. I'm rethinking who I use from now on for my Real estate staging. You guys dropped the ball.
