Struggled to get the lock off the back so had to call and also used virtual kiosk
Michael BThey charged me an extra day which of course I will dispute, because the gate entering the rear for trailers was blocked by a renter who dropped their keys prior to entering the gate, but didn't realize that their U-Haul was in front of the gate keeping all others from returning inside the gate. Total cheese ball trying to get extra money. I returned the trailer in the rental front parking lot which was the only other option. If they're willing to do this when they know the facts they are a corrupt business. There are many rentals nearby. Avoid this location at all costs they will scam you anyway they can.
