I have rented from Midgard several times. The owner is always very friendly.

How U-Haul Reviews Workvirtual return, but when we received the live person on the screen, unfriendly, couldn't hear her well, she was just rude.
barry fNo issues. Dropped off after hours and was very easy to checkout.
Wesley HI got delayed when moving due to weather, traffic, and just the natural delays that come with moving and I called the U-Haul customer service to extend my rental time by an hour and a half which the customer service representative was very kind and helpful with but I immediately received a call from the representative at Midgard trying to rush me and pressure me into returning the rental at the original time I had scheduled. I tried to explain to him what had happened to have my extend the rental and he got frustrated with me for no reason. I called an hour before my rental time was up to extend which I feel is enough time of heads up to extend the rental but was still met with hostility from the Midgard representative. Again, the U-Haul customer service representative I spoke to extend the rental was amazing.
Logan HStaff was amazing! I would definitely use this location for all the wonderful services.
