How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe check-in procedure was insanely complex and challenging to navigate…not the store operators fault. Lots of signs with instructions that contract one another…the picture taking part of the app didn’t work reliably.

Rhonda TMy original trailer that I rented had non-functioning lights, so I had to switch to a larger and heavier trailer that was working. I would have preferred the one I initially rented. So I’m heavily irritated that the one I wanted wasn’t ready and fully functional.
