20’ truck was old and AC was not working. Driving around full load, unfamiliar area with a lot of rain/thunderstorms and no AC is not the best combination. I responded to the U-Haul email with my final receipt requesting a discount for the inconvenience and not getting what I paid for but have yet to receive a response.

The location at 6235 county rd 16A st Augustine Florida is awesome. This location is massive with lots of staff to help. When pulling into the complex there are tents set up for rentals to be returned. Signs were helpful with instructions. Best part was there were actual PEOPLE at the tent to help me take the cargo trailer off the truck and handles the return!

ROBERT SI reserved a van .. but was switched to a truck … not what i signed up for .. but was in a rock and and hard place .. had to to do it .. .. then I got my final bill and they added safe move charge .. would like to be contacted about the entire situation.. I love this location and rent here often .. I will rent here again but this rental was a complete screw up giving me wrong vehicle to trying to sneak a insurance charge in
