Alexander C20’ truck was old and AC was not working. Driving around full load, unfamiliar area with a lot of rain/thunderstorms and no AC is not the best combination. I responded to the U-Haul email with my final receipt requesting a discount for the inconvenience and not getting what I paid for but have yet to receive a response.
