Make sure vehicles are clean for the next family
WILFRED HWe picked up on a Sunday and there was no live attendant at that location; we dealt with the virtual attendants and they were very helpful. As it turned out, the renter of the 15 foot truck (exactly the size we needed) had not returned the key and the truck was not a available. The first virtual person got us into a 20 foot truck. I got off the session and went out to find it; It was behind a locked gate, so we needed to start a new session to access it, and I explained that it was more truck than we needed; that person worked it out that we could get a ten foot truck. The whole process took over an hour. It would have been a lot better if there had been a live person on site, even though the virtual folks were very helpful, and, ultimately, got us on our way.

Marshall HPick up was for 4pm. It took 15 mins to finally get a virtual assistant online at Midland uhaul. The 10ft box truck rented was awful to drive. The truck struggled to get into gear, therefore, a lot of gas was wasted as it revved much higher and for a longer period prior to finally getting into gear! Very disappointed. Hoping the next truck, a 15ft, we are renting on July 2/25 will be much better.
