STEVEN ZI wasn’t familiar with the online check-in process. When I approached the front desk to ask what the next steps were, the gentleman just pointed us to mobile check-in, laughed it off, and went back to his computer. We stood there for a bit, unsure of what to do next, but he didn’t offer any further assistance. Eventually, we stepped outside and managed to figure it out on our own.
