Don’t allow the Uhaul Center over ride a placed and don’t allow customers to book online to steal someone truck !! This happened to me lucky Chris caught it and informed the lady. She still came in after he spoke with her trying to get it !! Fix this ASAP

Kathleen SThey changed my entire order! I have receipts as well. I did an online order with everything filled out and when I had my driver pick up the vehicle they basically changed all of our details that were locked in already. They started a brand new order with my card on file which didn't match up with the online order i submitted. Please get ahold of this as I was not expected as big of a bill as I recieved!
