Alan Z.I turned down all the coverage when I booked the uhaul, and when I got there I was asked zero questions besides my id and form of payment. And when I saw the bill, bam $10 coverage charge
Patricia T.The system used wasn't working properly when I picked up the U-Haul. It took about 15-20 minutes before I was able to get the key. The gentlemen working were great very kind. When I picked up then U-Haul, the starting mileage was wrong by almost 300 miles. I was charged for that when I only went 20-30 miles, and I am still waiting on a response to get refunded.
