Worst experience I have had. I booked pickup for 8:30am to pick up at counter (received a confirmation). When I got there nobody was there and I had to call the phone number multiple times before I got an answer. The guy was sleeping and said I had to download and use the app. Did that and still had nowhere to get the key. I then had to wait 20 min. for him to show up. He took me into the office and locked the door behind him to which I made it clear he needed to unlock it and leave the key in the door. He then said if I wanted the uhaul longer than 3 hrs I would have to pay for 2 days. I told him absolutely not and I would cancel, then he said okay same price and gave me the keys. When I brought it back there was another guy that said there were marks and scratches all over the uhaul and that if I didn't have pictures of the truck before I drove off then I would be charged for it - we had purchased insurance beforehand so we just left. These guys are big time SCAMMERS. Don't waste your time or money here.

We dropped off after hours. So we didn’t talk to anyone.
Christy MI noticed a few things that need attention. The driver's side was not properly cleaned — especially the seat belt area, driver’s seat, and the area around the cup holder. Also, the car didn’t have a phone holder, which made navigation a bit inconvenient. I hope future rentals can be checked more carefully for cleanliness and basic accessories. Thank you for the service.
DANIEL WI was told I could drop the truck at any location. I drove to North Dallas on Greenville and was advised if I leave my truck it will be a $300 fee. The nice representative there as for my contract that's when I realized I wasn't provided a contract nor was there one printed inside of the truck. He was nice enough to print it out and show me where it was an intown rental and therefore I should have been advised to drop it back off at the same location. So here I am stuck trying to figure out how to drop the truck back off at the Garland location, I had to wait until someone was available to drive my car as we drove back to the garden location. And then I had to audacity to try to charge my card for additional cost. The owner never answered the phone that Saturday and as of Tuesday July 1st the owner still has not answered the phone to explain.
