I ordered a dolley and was told there was one in the truck. There was not a dolley to be found in the truck making my move harder than it had to be. Thanks a lot.

LAQUETTA TDue to the previous bad situation picking up the rental, your customer service agreed to grant me extra miles. I returned the equipment days earlier than needed. I would appreciate a partial refund. U-Haul has fallen far below their normal standards.
kathy lEverything went according to plan. No issues at all.
