The vehicle was clean because I cleaned it after use. I only took the truck and tow dolly to the Rowlett location after performing the ''drop-off'' online directives and then being told I HAD to take the equipment to another city other than where I rented the truck from. ''Call upon arriving in Garland'', that then goes to the instructions, the vehicle and dolly must be dropped off in Rowlett, several miles down the road. That was not written ON the contract I signed! Upon calling service personnel I'm told if I leave the truck where I originally rented it from and not Rowlett, I would be fined, usually pretty hefty. I had already topped off the fuel right across the street from the original rental lot, now it's a must to drive the car wash cleaned vehicle to another city! Why do that to customers?
