Person at front desk told me they didn’t have the appliance dolly I had ordered and that I needed to drive 10 miles to get one, paying 1.39/mile plus gas to do so. I would not have rented from this place had they let me know ahead of time that they did not have all the equipment I had reserved and I would have to put miles on the rental to get it. When I told the front desk person, this didn’t seem like good customer service when the ordered items weren’t available and the customer had to pay to drive to get them he just shrugged his shoulders and said he doesn’t control it.

Just wished they would have told me that our new pickup time was 2:44pm instead of 3:pm when we dropped it off we were charged another 68.00 for being late 15 minutes that was ridiculous.
