I reserved at pick up at this location 1 month in advance. The day prior they moved my pick up to two different third party locations. When I called, they assured me the 3rd party location was fine. When went to get it, none of the dollys I ordered were in it. I then drove to the main location and told them the bed and inside were not cleaned. They gave me a paper towel and said I could do it.

JOHN AU-haul picked my return location I did advise that I was going to return the equipment to the closest location to my new apartment, when I returned the equipment they said I had to take the truck to this location or pay a fee for not bringing it back where u-haul wanted it so 8 miles out of my way the closet one was 1.8 miles away. This is pretty crappie when I am paying for the fuel.
