Both staff members in this Russell, Ont outlet are very personable and friendly. They have both gone out of their way to assist me with my needs and to ensure a smooth transaction. They did a walk around the truck with me because in my first visit my cell phone would not allow me to download the U-haul App and still have the same phone. I would definitely recommend this outlet to my friends and family because I was treated like they really cared about my needs. This was my second time using them In the last three months and would definitely use them again if need be. Thank you U-haul staff for the great friendly service!
