TAMMY TWe stated twice we needed more kps and were refused then charged 30$ more upon return
Sabrina PMy rear left turn signal was burnt. Maybe include a check of this type of thing before handing the vehicle to the customer. The owner/agent at the location did say they were experiencing this on many of their vehicles, maybe something for U-Haul to look into.
DAVID SThe only issue is that the lighting at this location at night makes it hard to upload decent photos of the vehicles. Other than that it was great. The app is easy to use.
