I only went 23 miles. I paid $127.00 ahead of time. When I returned the truck I was charged an additional $69.00 ! How could that be if only drove 23 miles. Over charged. Never again will I go to that place,!

Maybe say what location is on Google maps. Like it says Uhaul but the actual business name is something else. The only way we found the location was to look for the Uhaul trucks.
Christopher IThe entire process was complicated, frustrating and wasted 1.5 hours of my valuable time.
Luis RI did not appreciate being directed within minutes of each other, from drop site to drop site. This made the drop off process very inconvenient, very stressful and upsetting as it caused additional costs to me by canceling my Uber pick up, paying more for parking and delays getting home over an hour away. Each time I spoke with someone (apart from the area manager) personnel didn’t seem to care about finding a solution for me nor expressed any empathy in regards to my situation. Extremely disappointed about this rental experience.
