I asked for dolly and pads. The representative removed the items from my contract and didn’t let me know until I came to pickup the truck. His excuse is he is a pharmacy and sells drugs and he doesn’t give a s@#*+t about U-Haul . He sent me to another station to get them. I didn’t. The neighbors had pads which he didn’t need. I took those and returned them with the truck
