I ordered a truck at a certain location. Last second it was changed to another location and they didn't have the moving blankets I ordered. Very disappointed my bill was more expensive despite the inconveniences.
MALACHI JThe location itself was amazing. Super easy pickup and dropoff. The issue was with the vehicle I rented. The heat only worked for the first 20 minutes, and after that it blew ice cold no matter what until we cycled the ignition. That is unacceptable in the middle of winter in Michigan
