Daniel AThe staff at Red Aero were extremely helpful and in my opinion, went above and beyond. After I made my rental reservation I started received numerous text messages and emails that became very annoying. The messages were trying to get me to install the U-Haul app which I didn't want to do... I don't like having to agree to grant access to all kinds of personal data on my phone that has absolutely nothing to do with the purpose of the app. I stopped by the Red Aero location because I wanted to make a change to my rental and the staff informed me that U-Haul had changed my pick-up location to a completely different place. The lady at the counter said she would try to update my rental reservation and that she would call me later in the afternoon. A couple hours later I received a call from her, informing me that she was able to update my rental reservation to the original location I had initially requested. This was a huge relief because I didn't want to drive across town when the Red Aero location was only a couple miles away. Again, the staff at Red Aero were top notch and I would definitely recommend their location.
